Cicero’s Town Hall of Horrors, Cicero

Decided to visit this haunted house after my daughter violin recital. The officer at the entrance was very kind and kid friendly. He explained all of the rules and even gave my little ones advice like to always take care of their mom :). The officers inside the haunted house were so mean and not in a creepy in character ghostly way, they were rude. One of the officers dressed in character jumped out at me and I jumped and screamed - the officer snatched his mask off put his face in my face and screamed STOP!!!! NO RUNNING!! NO RUNNING!! I wasn't running I jumped because he freaked me out. After pointing out to him there was no need to yell at me in front of my children he screamed "I DONT CARE"!! After about 3 minutes he finally unblocked our path and let us through. I had to put on a happy face the remainder of the house but by that time I noticed the majority of officers in costume throughout the house were irritated and uninterested in making this a nice family experience. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!

Great! We went twice and each time it was slightly different yet scary and fun! I loved it!!!

It took a while in line but it was worth the wait. It was great and recommend for anyone who will buy tickets in 2017 do so !

I told my girl when we walked out that this was the best haunted house I've ever gone to, and I've been to haunted houses across the country. I can't wait to go back next year. 5 stars!
