Our dogs contracted kennel cough during their stay. We appreciate that you provided us a free vet visit along with free medicine to treat it. However, our life has been chaotic dealing with 2 dogs with kennel cough.
Also, when I dropped the dogs off, the receptionist did not give us the correct cost information. So, we did not expect such a huge bill when we returned to pick up the dog.
