Mary took time to hear my story and described in crystal clear terms, how our brain functions when we are stressed and full of anxiety. She explained the hypnosis process and clarified what not to expect. This was my first time trying hypnosis. I am a veteran struggling with PTSD and plan to see her again in 2 weeks. I felt safe and comfortable sharing my past history. Mary is an angel! 🌼
