She failed to put my first appointment in her Ipad. So when I got there I had to reschedule which was very inconvenient as I had to schedule my day around this appointment. She was not at all apologetic. When I went back she still did not apologize.
She seemed grumpy and unpleasant both times I was there. She seemed put off that I was using a Groupon. I do not think I would go back to her.
