What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We turned our hobby of washing family vehicles into Duncan Detailing LLC in 2015. We are a small family owned business with a mission to treat your car like family. We offer different wash packages for every vehicle and every budget.

What do you love most about your job?
The smiles on customer faces when we complete the job. It makes us appreciate the work we put in each and every vehicle. We put that extra touch in each vehicle and love the ending results.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Overview: Detailed my girlfriends car Pros: - Customer Service - Kevin is awesome. From the minute you pull up to his place, he had the kind of energy that made you at ease, even though you are dropping your car off at condo complex. - Results - He did an amazing job of cleaning the car inside and out. The girlfriend was beyond happy when got in the car. Other: - Had a small SUV compared to the sedan requirement on the offer, and knew there was going to be an up charge for it. The cost was nearly half of the original offer I bought it for. Not a big deal but still would have liked to have known up front what the cost was going to be. - Hesitant to drop the car off in a condo complex but after the results, wouldn't hesitate to drop it off there again.
