When organizing exercise regimens for his clients, personal trainer Matt Kasee draws inspiration from several periods of his life: the time he spent studying anatomy in graduate school, his process of becoming certified by the NSCA and ACSM, and of course, his trips to Disney World. Matt sees the theme park as an exemplary model of thorough planning and originality, which are concepts he strives to incorporate in his fitness programs. Just as each Disney attraction is hyperconscious of its target audience, his routines are customized to each person and their goals. He also tries to emulate the park's knack for mixing entertainment with education—his workouts prioritize fun and variety as motivational tools rather than intimidation or the threat of playing "It's a Small World" on a loop.
Matt leads both private and semiprivate training sessions with specific milestones in mind.
