Called twice for an appt. Always had to call back and leave a message and never got a call back. Waste!

First it took weeks to even get into her due to her schedule limits She canceled on me once Then I finally get in to her and she didn't listen to anything I said I was supposed to get a full hilite and haircut I got a partial and the worst haircut in my life I wanted to keep my length in the front I wanted a longer Bob with long sides and front I literally have chunks missing from the sides where she used texturizing shears all over It's much shorter on one side I'm still trying to grow it out to get what I wanted I would not recommend Laura Howard
