poor customer service handling. could not use groupon when it had not expired yet...waited for emails and call and promised groupon, but received no service even after leaving messages TWICE after with 2 other employees. different experience with each threader, but no bad shape yet :)

I was disappointed in the way my eyebrows look. They weren't shaped, just threaded. I would definitely have tried it again if they had been shaped to look nicer.
