I really liked my experience with Alicia at the Tri-County location. I've been unhappy with my hair for a long time. I tell stylists what I think I want but I really don't have any idea and they tend to do what I say...I'd prefer to go to an expert that will share their expertise on what they think I should do. I've said I don't like the yellowy in my blonde and I've paid all ranges and Alicia was the FIRST person to sugggest a toner and my hair looked great. It's exactly what I needed but I don't know what toner is or how to ask for it. She heard me use my terms 'yellowy hair' and translated into her terms and fixed it. She also provided me a list of products she was using on my hair and while styling my hair would tell me the various techniques she was using (in my simple terms) so that I could get the same look at home. "Blow dry brushing this way, with this brush and it'll make your hair do"...OH! this was a very helpful experience.

Did not get what I asked for. Will not go back to Mitchell's.
