My IPL treatment was the best that I have ever experienced and the results were amazing. I wanted to get rid of some small blood vessels and it did just that. My whole face was treated, the treatment was not rushed. Perfection some places, only spot treat.

I really wanted to like this spa so badly, but my experience just didn’t match the expectations. When you first walk in, the setup is a little awkward — there’s a salon side and a spa side, and the people on the salon side don’t speak or acknowledge you at all. It feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable right from the start.
Maddie was the esthetician who worked on my skin, and she seemed like a sweet person, but the service itself left a lot to be desired. She didn’t take the time to explain what she was doing, what the process involved, or what I should expect afterward. Considering I got a chemical peel, I expected clear aftercare instructions, samples, or at least a basic rundown of what to do once I left. I received none of that.
About 10–15 minutes into the facial, she stepped out saying she was getting a hot towel, and when she came back, that was pretty much the end of the service. She mentioned giving me a sunscreen sample but never actually gave it to me. Normally, when I go to a spa, I leave with a goodie bag, samples, and clear directions — especially after something as sensitive as a chemical peel.
Another thing that really bothered me was the checkout process. She was fully aware that I had already paid for my service through Groupon, yet she still tried to charge me $79 for the exact same service. It felt very misleading and unprofessional.
I still tipped her $40 and even purchased a three‑facial package, but once I got home and thought about everything, I realized how uncomfortable I felt leaving without any aftercare guidance and being almost double‑charged. Doing a chemical peel on someone and sending them home with zero instructions — and then trying to charge them again — is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to
hear that you left feeling dissatisfied after your experience, and I
appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
When you initially arrived at the salon, our front desk staff was briefly
on lunch break. The stylist present at the time immediately notified
management that you were waiting. It was noted that the appointment was
scheduled for the following day, and we did offer to accommodate your
service at that time; however, you chose to keep the original appointment
as it better suited your plans.
During your scheduled visit, we discussed various treatment options and
selected the chemical peel most appropriate for your skin type. I also
reviewed what to expect during and after the treatment, including
recommended post-care such as using a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF
until the skin no longer felt dry or compromised.
During the checkout process, our system requires either a redemption code
or the email address associated with a promotion in order to apply it. At
that time, you indicated on your consent forms that you found us through
Google, and when asked if you had previously purchased any services, you
stated that you had not. Based on that information, I offered our January
promotion. You then mentioned that you had purchased a Groupon voucher. I
apologized for the misunderstanding, as I was unaware of the purchase, and
we redeemed the voucher immediately with no questions asked.
I would also like to sincerely apologize for not providing you with an SPF
sample at checkout. The front desk was particularly busy, and this was an
oversight on my part.
While I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, we
genuinely wish you the very best on your skincare journey. Thank you again
for bringing your concerns to our attention.
