I throughly enjoyed my experience there. By far, I would say that not only do they treat EVERY client equally and fair, but I was told information that no one else told me prior to my other waxing experiences. Which, one of my biggest pet peeves is how other places would treat clients with Groupons differently. So, I’m very stoked to say I will be continuing my hair removal here.
Sorry to write this review but I have gotten Brazilian wax many times before and this was the worse experience I have ever had. The individual providing the service was not very careful and though I know waxing can be painful, this was beyond what I have ever experienced. I left there bruised and will not be returning to Kaaya Laser and Skin Care.
Frida (not sure if correct spelling) is sweet and gentle. She did a great job! Very professional. Will come back again.

The lady was quick. She didn’t pluck any of the hairs that couldn’t get pulled by the wax strip. Her gloves were a little sticky when she would touch me. At the end, she didn’t put enough oil(especially on my a$$hole) and I was running errands so it was still a little sticky when I was walking. 2 stars because she was quick and friendly.
Traditional wax with strips. Was unaware this was their waxing method. Seemed more painful than non strip wax. Lady was very nice and professional though, however, did leave a lot of hair behind..

Great service! Immediately bought my next 3 wax sessions...
they were great. they just need to upgrade the waxing procedure. They have new wax instead of the way they use to wax years ago. She use the wax you use for eye brow.
