The service was fast and friendly.
Fast friendly service and great price
They do a great job and they are really quick!
First I make an appointment and when I get there they say that it will take an hour, so I go and have lunch. When I get back they say it will be another hour and half possibly 2 hours. So to save $20 bucks I have to wait 3 hours ? Really? Keep it. Totally dissatisfies.
Good customer service, friendly desk reps, and eating places are nearby or the mall if you're killing a lot of time.
Great service very professional better and cheaper than taking my car to the dealer
Conventional oil cannot be provided with Toyota Corolla due to engine damage which the staff in Sear Auto Center mentioned. I bought twice Conventional oil and Synthetic oil. Sear Auto Center didn't accept them at all. I should refund them and re-buy full synthetic oil. It was very troublesome.
Everybody was very nice and the oil change was done in an hour! Not too bad!
Fast, friendly and efficient
The staff takes too long after my car is done to take my payment. I don't know if it's an issue with management and being understaffed but after I watched them finish and pull my car out of the space they working working on it in, it took me over 30 minutes to pay and get my keys back. I get groupons for the ease and convenience of them. It's not convenient when you have to wait over 30 minutes for a groupon you purchased in advance. When both employees are selling tires to customers, that can take quite a while as the customers may have many questions. And when someone is just trying to pay and get out of there after they already waited long enough for the service, it's very frustrating. Also, it seems like either the employees have not been shown how to redeem the groupon or the Sears computer system is not equipped to take/apply the groupon price.
