I tried to call the day before the appointment to confirm, no answer, so I tried several time that day, the voice mail box was full. I tried again, no answer. I showed up for my 10:00 appointment, the door was locked. I sat in my car and waited. 15 minutes later they came, I went into business and showed them my Groupon. The said then guy(?) that does the Microderm abrasion had broke his leg and would not be back for 2 months. I offered to have the massage instead (the Groupon expires in November) and they said they would call the boss and see if it was ok. They came back to me and said I could have 1/2 hour massage, and that I could upgrade to one hour for $20.00 more. I said no upgrade, so I got the 1/2 hour massage. It was just OK, definitely not the best. I won't go back, ever!

Bring cash for the tip! Be sure to tell them if you want it hard, medium or soft. Use the restroom before going in. Enjoy:)
