Family Taekwondo Plus, Citrus Heights

Family Taekwondo Plus provides a fun and safe environment to better martial arts and life skills. The school is dedicated to Taekwondo and takes it very seriously yet at the same time the instructors love to laugh and joke with students. They teach confidence and leadership skills while imparting martial-arts techniques. Classes capped at 30 students cover disciplines such as general martial arts, Yoga, Cardio Kick Boxing, and self-defense. Students hone their skills alongside loved ones in family sessions, or age-specific classes for kids, teens, or adults. Family Taekwondo Plus's motto is: "To act like a Black Belt each day at school and home and in martial arts classes. To lead others in the class by doing my best and improving every day."
