I had to reschedule on the day of my appointment, I gave her many hours notice. I was trying to be nice and said if needed they could redeem my Groupon and she did! I didn’t even get my service. No where on Groupon does it say that there is a cancellation or reschedule fee but I guess there is. Just beware. I would not buy this again just because of that.
