Kaia Fit, Citrus Heights

At Kaia FIT, a team of expert coaches offers a fitness program incorporating a mix of intense muscle confusion workouts, continuous professional support, and nutritional guidance. Although each workout program ranges in intensity and length, all workouts can be modified to suit the fitness level of any client, aiming to increase it in a group setting. The team also provides community and accountability that allow staying on track with goals and getting to know new people. Camaraderie during the sessions helps to achieve success and improve motivation. The mission of Kaia FIT is creating Strong Bodies and Powerful Minds by working together to get fit, feel good, and be empowered. Program includes cross-training, barre, yoga-pilates, TRX, lift, dance, and run classes (at participating locations).
