Really bad service. Had a scheduled appt for 2pm. They were “running behind,didn’t get to me until 250!,massage chair did not work!. It was shaking me &my drink-so I held it, massage from the tech was lackluster &couldn’t even feel it. The 2 techs were mumbling about another tech on the other side and looking and whispering in their language. Rude. Paint job is horrible! Worst service ever.

Why would the nail polish not be Gel, and it wasn’t clear on the promo. I was charged additional $10.30 for gel polish, if I add that to the promo rate, then there is not value
