What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are an authorized, Dyson, Panasonic, Miele, Riccar, Simplicity, Proteam, Sales & service center. We also work on all other makes an models including Kirbys, Rainbows, Tristar, Compact, Fairfax.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My father was in this type of business from early childhood on & I followed his foot steps.

What do you love most about your job?
My customers, and showing up each and everyday trying to strive to make business completely different in a good way from other business just like mine.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Refused to leave my store without paying for something that I did not charge for, which is something I do quite often.
