How do you know if someone does crossfit? Don't worry, they'll tell you. How do you know if someone is a vegan, or only eats gluten free? Again... Don't worry. They'll tell you. Prime Fitness isnt that type of place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Location is clean, and not cluttered with machines or people. I'm glad I found this place.

Love it! All of the trainers are super knowledgeable and helpful. If u are unable to do a certain exercise, trainers offer a modified exercise. If u are looking for a tough workout in supportive environment, then this is the place .

An outstanding place. Walking into a gym as we all know may be...Intimidating at the least. However the coaches, are warm, friendly and the culture and warmth they bring is unlike any other gyms I have been. Most of all it gets the job done and I leave there not only in a better mood than when I came but physically smoked as well.
