Great deal on Groupon especially in this economy. Disappointed Cicis has ended this deal for families I can't afford to take my kids here anymore unfortunately.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
Children were yelled at by another customer and accused to stealing a card that her child misplaced. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager available. We had to leave because the customer wouldn't stop harassing my children.
I asked for a refund and was told to contact Groupon because I ordered through them - Groupon requires a written confirmation from Management - which has been allegedly sent multiple times but Groupon states they haven't received it.
Still out the 63.00 for a buffet that had hardly any food out and that my children didn't even get to eat at. Arcade with broken games.
Lackluster customer service.
Can't even change the channel on the TV to watch any types of sports because again the manager isn't present - so they are blasting the breakfast club.
