The newly expanded menu at Joto Thai Sushi Clearwater runs the pan-Asian gamut with teriyaki, curry, Thai noodle stir fry, and, of course, sushi. In the kitchen, chefs whip up Thai treats such as hearty massaman curry or pad se-ew, with rice noodles and veggies sauteed in a black soy sauce. Nearby, artisans meticulously assemble specialty sushi rolls. They range from sweeter varieties such as the Lollipop—with tuna, salmon, and crab wrapped in cucumber doused in sweet vinegar—to the savory Screaming Tuna, which features both spicy and seared tuna topped with smelt roe and a friendly holler. A variety of sushi is presented in their signature Joto boat.
