These folks charged extra for simple request and $5 extra for XXL (about $2 would have been fine but no one charges $5 extra for XXL. They really seemed confused at the location or were not so happy for a single T-shirt which was what the Groupon was about. No one ever thanked me for my business...they really seemed put out by the one off.

I'm so impressed with the customer service I received. I emailed to ask if a photo I took with my cell phone was high enough quality to print. They responded quickly with directions and didn't make me feel silly for asking. The finished product is beautiful and looks great hanging in the livingroom. I will definitely be returning. This is an incredible bargain.
