Took over a month to get an appointment. They booked my second appointment and when I arrived I had to wait over 30 minutes past the time. When I got back to the treatment room they had booked me for the wrong service. Had to reschedule. Showed up for the rescheduled appointment and again they had me down for the wrong service.

appointment times are not really appointments, they are more like suggestions. The people are nice but really, don't expect to come and go during the scheduled times.
