Wasn't happy with outdoor party not organized , bad/cold weather in Aug, kids cold,couldn't get anyone to answer phone, couldn't cancel party, was a headache, had to wait on inflateables to be blown up, took our party time, no lights outside. Didn't get to use all the tickets for the bungee jump we paid extra for. Wasn't pleased

It is hard to find the playtimes on their website. In fact, they are not on the website. You have to figure out how to get to the playtimes. It is not as clean as I wanted. I thought we would be able to use the inflatable bungee trampoline, which is the main reason we purchased the passes, but it wasn't there. *My Kids DID have fun there.*

I was very disappointed in the setup and equipment. It was out in the grass and water running
from the inflatables made it muddy mess. I and our guests were covered in
Mud. Also, it wasn't worth adding the additional bungie trampoline. It barely worked. The kids were basically just jumping on their own.
