Nice ladies, and Highlights were good, BUT walked out paying an additional $50 for adding 1 additional color and for long hair. Please be aware however that if you want ANYTHING besides 1 color highlights, this is not the package for you. Want your hair blow dried after your highlights and cut, expect $35 extra, need toner after pesky brassy blonds, expect $35 additional (I've never been up charged for toner). I was beyond floored after going to hair salons for 20+ years that they would not blow dry my daughters hair after a paid cut and color service, especially after paying $50 extra above and beyond the Groupon deal. Sent us right out the door (on a cold day and knowing we were having a girls shopping day after) with sopping wet hair! Even the lady next to me mentioned the crazy upcharges she was being presented with also. Typically after such paid for services, every other salon has not only blow dried our hair for us but also flat ironed or styled it to appreciate the new look. If your intent is to bring in new customers with this deal, and build a new customer base, In a world of social media and Google reviews, something as simple as a 10 min blow dry goes along way in customer satisfaction and customer retention!
