The gym is perfect for beginners or for people like me who want to just be told what to do and how to do it without thinking! They have 10 "stations" and each station has a video that shows you how to do the workout.

I am only two weeks in and loving HitFit Gym. Everyone has been sooooo nice to me as well as helpful. The workouts have been amazing ! I would give them a try if considering it!
