Inconvenience in hours and no appointments available ever and they even marked my voucher paid when we never went... Not worth it

Robert, I apologize that the hours were inconvenient for you. We actually had your wife scheduled for an appointment and she never showed up. We send an email confirmation at the time of scheduling as well as an email 24 hours prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, we had a therapist at the spa prepared for her appointment and she never called, texted or emailed to let us know she would not be coming. ~Sandra
