When Chef Stacey Stoudemire's grandmother was diagnosed with heart disease, Stacey took it as a wakeup call to get rid of processed foods and trans-fats and focus on fresh ingredients. The results? Simply decadent blueberry cupcakes, lemon tarts, and housemade caramel apples.
