we had back to back appointments for 3 people starting at 4:15, we were not all done till almost 10pm! We were not even taken until 5:30, then the manicures took a very long time. They were all really nice but it didn't seem unusual and I cannot set aside 3 hours for my nails. The manicurist did do a very nice job if you have the time.

I bought 2 groupons (facial and mani pedi) and after using the first one, wish I didn't have another reason to go back! I had long standing appointments both times but was made to wait for at least 1 hour. The owner was extremely rude-I combined the facial with a haircut for which I waited almost 2 hours whil she started someones hair who came in after me and then told me I would have to blow dry my own hair since she didnt have time...I will never go back, even if it was free, my time is worth more than that.
