My instructor was super patient and though teaching an advance class, worked with me individually at a beginner level without interrupting the advance students.
This facility takes care of the health and well being of their clients. It's not all about the money. Not once was I asked to look into their additional classes or membership. I ended up asking about signing up, because they were sooooooo wonderful.

Greet new people (even Groupon users)...make them feel welcome, explain the class, ask questions. Very cut and dry...no explanations. I do not want to go back.
