Jose Dias not only earned his black belt in jujitsu with guidance from a member of the famous Gracie martial-arts family, but he also taught at one of Carlos Gracie Jr.'s top training schools, Gracie Barra Rio de Janeiro. He brings his expertise to Rio Pro Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where both kids and adults can learn this form of self-defense. Though the school's name highlights jujitsu, instructors also teach several other areas of study. Class options include judo and mixed martial arts, which, despite popular belief, is not a class in which students use kickboxing gloves to punch through wooden boards.
