No two recipes are alike at Shoga—and that's because customers get to choose exactly what goes into their stir-fries. Meals begin with choices of meat and vegetables, such as chicken, tilapia, and broccoli, which is then sautéed in a cast-iron skillet with noodles or rice. Each dish is topped off with sauces that range from spicy to sweet and sour, and sprinklings of fried garlic or sesame seeds. Guests can also order sides of Korean-style fried chicken, egg rolls, and other pan-Asian sides.
