Food was good. The restaurant was run down and dirty. Tables half set, carpets needed swept at minimum and replaced at best. Fruit along salad bar not kept on ice or at temperature. Server was nice but inefficient. No, we will not back. Too bad too as the reviews in the past had been so high on this vegetarian restaurant.

The ambiance is depressing .... service not that great..order not taken right even second time it was wrong.....prices have been hiked.

With the buffet you have an opportunity to try the most variety. Since I was there for dinner, I got a combination appetizer, not realizing what I was getting, I was disappointed ONLY because it was all deep fried - I would have rather had the buffet, although I know the Groupon did not offer it as a choice. To repeat, I do love the buffet and the variety Udupi offers. The people have always been great with their service.
