Would give this a zero if I could! The pick up we had no complaints, however the return the drive confirmed 1p pick up changed it to 1:20p and when I texted him around 1:15p to confirm we were in the lobby ready to go he said eta was now 1:50p. With this we would be late to make our flight that departed at 2:59p. Was told the owner would contact me still waiting. Had to pay an Uber.

The communication for the pick up started well. Groupon was for pick up in Manhattan to Newark airport. I read all the small print. Booked and used the Groupon code where it asked for voucher. Received automated email showing $40 for tolls and $37 for ride. Groupon was for normal price $90. First thing that happened I asked the driver if he received my voucher and he said owner said you still owe tolls? Wait? Nothing said additional charge for tolls. The Groupon was for the full amount?! Owner on phone said no and I owed tolls?! I told him either I was paid in full or I would have the driver let me out and I would report him to Groupon. He then told the driver to waive the extra charge. Driver was so sweet and apologetic so I tipped him $20. The owner took the money to pay for tolls. I was furious!!! Very dishonest and deceiving. He knew I was over a barrel because I would have missed my flight if I didn’t go with the driver!

I didnt like the fact I was charge an additional 100 dollars for the ride to the airport last night. The Groupon was misleading. The offer stated 35.50 with 75% off the discount was suppose to be 16.50. That was not the case, try 116.00 dollars in total.

The owner communicated with me before the scheduled pick up, he let me know what time was the best time to leave for the airport. He let me know when he was on the way and picked me up on time. The car was spotless and it was a very smooth drive to Newark. I will without question use his service the next time I travel through Newark.
