I found that they were very nice and friendly but very expensive. On two occassions, I took pieces to them for repair. Each time the estimate was $100, much higher than other jewelers. I ended up forgoing use of the Groupon because it would have cost me more to get the repair done at Clifton Jewelers, even with the Groupon savings.
