This was a ripoff. They told me it would be an extra $200+ to clean my dryer vent and "more than that" to clean the ducts. I told them I wasn't going to pay that much so they left without doing anything (at my request). I would not recommend this company.

Great customer service, follow-up, and service! Arrived for appointment right on time and cleaned up nicely. They removed what seemed to be several pounds of lint from our dryer vents. If you have not cleaned out your dryer vents in a while, I recommend using them.
