All white meat chkicken tenders. Battered in our light flakey breading and served with one of our homemade sauces

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The business name is my inspiration. It's named after my two boys. Michael and a Eric.

I love the challenge of serving the highest quality food at the best prices around.
