Staff was not friendly, nor did they explain what to expect. Received a text confirmation for my 3rd of 6 appointments. Arrived to be greeted by a note on the door CLOSED TEMPORARILY. Im assuming due to covid. They since have never reopened, not returned calls or emails. HELP! I want my money back.

The waiting area and office were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The service was poorly executed. I could have done a better job. Which is what I did. I shaved my face to get rid of the "peach fuzz" that dermaplaning is supposed to do. Complete waste if money. I'm glad I had a Groupon, and didn't pay full price.
