I love my cut! Anna was an easy person to spend the time with that afternoon. I wish she asked more questions. I volunteered a lot about my preferences. It is nice when the hair stylist initiates the discussion. She is young and worked hard to please me.

Anna was very sweet and professional. She did great with bringing up my roots that I’ve left for a long while and following what I asked for my cut. I have to do 4 stars because she’s still a newer hair dresser and I asked for ash blonde highlights, I left with coppery transitioning to greys… after toner faded it seemed I was given low lights.
