I’ve only attended one class, however I instantly knew this was a great studio. Kelly greeted me with a smile and oriented me to the studio. She also led the 10am class which had a few newbies. I loved how she kept the flow of class going and yet was so attentive to the newcomers. Her attention to breathing was amazing (that is my constant struggle). I came away relaxed yet invigorated!
