Here's the scoop on how Creamistry keeps its frozen treats so fresh and creamy: the ice cream doesn't even exist before the customer places an order. The staff here don't scoop out cookies and cream, vanilla, or chocolate from a large tub, but instead create all of the ice cream by mixing bases, flavors, and add-ins before flash-freezing the mixture with pure liquid nitrogen.

What emerges from the clouds of vapor depends entirely on the customer's palate. The full menu includes four bases (Premium, Organic, Non-dairy Sorbet, Vegan Coconut), and more than 60 flavors and toppings to choose from, offering thousands of combinations.
