Seeing the joy on a customers face when they see how clean their carpets are after a job well done.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer that was very skeptical about how clean I could get her carpets. When I finished she was amazed at the end result. She ended up referring me to all her family members and close friends. I continue to do her carpets on a regular basis for the past 7 years.
