Seeing the joy on a customers face when they see how clean their carpets are after a job well done.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer that was very skeptical about how clean I could get her carpets. When I finished she was amazed at the end result. She ended up referring me to all her family members and close friends. I continue to do her carpets on a regular basis for the past 7 years.

It was a little irritating at first because it was very hard to get a hold of them. They are bad at getting back to you but there work is very good. Next time or for those shopping for this coupon. I would say look for it and book in advance because there may be delays on getting an appointment. But once they do the work it is very good. I would buy this deal again!

Our company is very good about returning calls when someone leaves us a voicemail if we are out in the field working .and can’t answer the phone..... If we get a missed call and not a “voicemail “we don’t return missed calls because a lot of telemarketers are using same prefix area code......
