They were right on time and well run. My kids and their friends had a blast even though they didn't finish. And I love that someone comes in and shows you the rest of the puzzles and a moment for a picture. Well done!

I booked my Escape Kihei groupon and booked through their website using my groupon. The Groupon was not correctly redeemed and I was charged full price. The Escape Kihei office called me just after the booking and asked if I was charged, when I said that I was they promised that the owners would refund me since it was a known issue that the Groupon was not redeemed correctly. After 3 months I was never refunded. When I charged back, the chargeback was rejected. I've now paid $148 to Escape Kihei and an additional $71.50 for the Groupon. Do not buy this Groupon. They will rip you off even when they know there is a problem with their systems. Terrible business practices.
