Overall the patient care staff was very friendly.
When I was leaving I said I did not receive back my insurance card. The receptionist said I did get it back and to double-check. I double-checked and I did not have the card. She told me I could leave. I told her I did not have my insurance card and I was not leaving until I got it back. She did check and the card was in the room with my goodie bag
