Heather stood me up for the second appointment which is the touch up part. I have tried repeatedly to reach her. She will not text or call back. I reported her to Groupon. I have yet to receive a response from an actual human at Groupon. She’s been active on social media, so I’ve ruled out “maybe something happened to her”

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased permeant eyeliner with a touch up. I have made two appointments for my touch up. Heather confirmed my appointments via the vargo app. When I arrived to the appointments she was not there. I would call, text and email. She never answered or returned my calls. I’m not going to make a third appointment to be stood up again.
