First appointment was easy to make. I made a 2 week fill appointment before leaving intial

I offered you a courtesy touch up for the inconvenience and you also stood me up for your rescheduled appointment. I am not super human, I do my best to please every guest but clearly you cannot please everybody. I have no issue never having you as my guest again. :)
