The menu is simple: gourmet, but no unnecessary frills, ordered from a short list. Chef Sammy pours his heart and soul into each of his specialties, from classic blueberry pancakes or chicken and biscuits, to decadent breakfasts of crab cake benedict.

Two hour wait to be seated and then one hour to get the food to the table. When the food arrived, the order was overcooked. Another 30 minutes to get a replacement. We wanted to believe the hype around this restaurant and its breakfast but I was underwhelmed. I will say that I enjoyed the hash but I will not eat here again.

Would be a good place to eat. The wait staff has zero experience and/or need a ton of training. Be prepared accordingly. Food is great.
