Numi Yoga, College Park

Numi Yoga founder Kelsey Starr has taught healthful yoga practices at college towns and cities throughout the country. Numi Yoga offers 20+ weekly yoga classes taught by 10 well trained and experienced instructors. Students gain mobility and strength in their body through a full range of yoga postures taught in a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Alignment, Yin-Yasa, Flow, and Prenatal Classes. Additionally, Numi Yoga offers wellness workshops, family yoga events, and free meditation classes to cultivate a friendly community atmosphere and encourage everyone to live healthy lives.
