We actually used this service two years ago and they were awesome. One of the movers had no experience (this is employer's fault, nto his). A couch was broken and a new nightstand was dropped and scratched and dented. There was a dent put in the drywall of the house too. We were offered $50 because the couches had cat scratches. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! They broke the frame.
