About Centanni Trattoria

Centanni Trattoria's Executive Chef, Giancarlo Presta, was born in Calabria, Italy, and brings the original flavors of Northern and Southern Italy to Collingswood. Guests are invited to come and experience food like their Nonna and Momma used to make. Seasonal outdoor seating is available and it's BYOB. Take a look at some of the highlights:

  • Antipasto Della Casa: asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, roasted pepper, fresh and smoked mozzarella, port wine reduction
